Long as I remember, the guy's been running round
Claiming to be conservative, but his message ain't too sound.
He was a POW, in case you had not heard.
And we wonder, we have to wonder: who'll stop McCain?

This ain't his first election.  He's tried in years gone past.
Could never muster enough votes, to make his campaign last.
He thinks he's got a chance now.  So he runs again.
But we wonder, we pray and wonder:  who'll stop McCain?

The New York Times they love him.  Because he's more like them.
A maverick they call him.  But it's all just lying spin.
He sold us out with Feingold, his Amnesty was insane.
But we wonder, we've gotta wonder: Who'll stop McCain?

The liberal brain inside her head
Is running on overload.
The country is going to lose today.
She's gonna lay claim to her throne.
And Billy doesn't understand it.
Always said she's a nagging crone.

And we can see no reasons

Her spin machine, wants to make her queen
So they lie to a believing world.
Well, the Breck Girl's shocked.
And so is Barack
But they seek to run with that spoiled little girl.
It's been her dream, since she was sixteen.
They'll be hell to pay if she meets defeat.

She sees lots of reasons
But there are no reasons
To commit an unreasonable deed!

And then the media hacks will
Let loose with cackles
As they explain all the hows and whys.

And they can see the reasons
That there was no reason
What reason made the voters blind?

 One thing that struck me in the DNC debate the other night, was the overwhelming concern for Darfur and the genocide going on there...

Don't get me wrong, I think it's an awful thing and feel that we SHOULD be doing something to prevent it, but it's the democrat hypocrisy that's confused me (though I supposed I should be used to it by now).

As has been proven to all but the ignorant and those with political motives, Iraq has been connected to terrorism, funding and harboring of their agents.  What would in any other arena be classified as proof of WMDs having either been there, in process, or present were found countless times -- yet some continue to claim otherwise.   Additionally, Saddam impeded the UN inspections over and over and over.  In complete violation of UN resolutions both directly for those inspections AND the cease fire terms of the first Gulf War.

Finally, to top it all off, Saddam was in fact practicing genocide on the Kurdish people as well as his own.  Many mass graves were found where we expected them to be as well as some we were led to by locals.

So clearly, the liberation of Iraq was justified on so many levels.  Including genocide, the pet peeve of even bleeding heartless liberals.

Why then, when the United States should "not be involved in crises that do not affect our nationaly security" would the liberals make calls for us to get involved in the Darfur region, but decry our far more necessary involvement in Iraq?

Could it truly be that the democrats are claiming that Iraqis are less important than Africans?  Would they be so racist?  Or is it simply politics?  Bush got to Iraq first, so darn it we have to kick him over it despite how we really feel.

Amnesty

McCain has heard and now he wants to give...

AMNESTY... Is such a proper word!
Forgive their crimes is what we'll do.
AMNESTY... it really is absurd!
The senate sold out and now we're screwed.

It used to be just Democrats
Bought their votes with lies.
So they could bring the country to its knees.
But now we have the G.O.P.
Being liberals in disguise
Feeding us bull and hoping we'll believe...

AMNESTY... for those that we have heard,
Have stolen jobs and broken laws!
AMNESTY... it really is absurd!
McCain must think he's Santa Claus.

We could seal the borders.
We could send them back.
We could have security
and get us back on track.
They could do it right,
Be welcomed in with open arms.
But no...
But no...

You can't be bipartisan
And reach across the aisle.
Unless the so-called parties are distinct.
Now they seem so blended
In word and thought and style.
Can't we get a leader, who is unique?

AMNESTY... give McCain the bird!
Conservatives should dump him fast.
AMNESTY... it really is absurd!
Let's hope this bill it does not pass.

It's the 11th and the terrorists have struck again.  This time in Bombay, India as 7 explosions rocked the metro transit system during the evening commute.

Seven explosions hit Bombay's commuter rail network Tuesday evening during rush hour, ripping apart train compartments, officials said. Indian television reported dozens may have been killed.

Chaos engulfed the crowded rail network in India's financial capital following the blasts, and authorities struggled to determine the number of casualties.

This is not a war against just the United States.  It's a war against the entire civilized world.

Like everyone else, I've got to post a "Welcome to my blog!" message.  So WELCOME TO MY BLOG!  I hope you'll stop by regularly and find one man's views on the world around us -- and how liberals are trying to ruin it.

First with the name:

Idiotology (id·i·ot·ol·o·gy).  A branch of knowledge that deals with the study of foolish or stupid people (e.g. liberals).

Pretty much says it all.  I am pretty conservative, in other words, I have common sense.  Which means I may butt heads with even the nicer "conservatives" who break down and want to make peace on issues.  I love intelligent debates, even with those who I disagree with.  One of my best friends keeps the liberal in libertarian, but we can still get along and find common ground.

I've been banned from FreeRepublic.com, which I wear as a badge of honor now.  One of their mod-Nazis decided he didn't like my views and whammo.   At first I was upset, but from what I'm learning FR is becoming the DU of the good guys.

Well, that's it for now.  Look for posts about politics, education (I have two kids), and pretty much anything else the liberals try to get their hands in and mess up.  I also like to parody songs with current events.  No music or vocals, but the lyrics aren't bad if you ask me.

Oh yeah, my claim to fame was a cartoon during the SwiftVets issue of 2004.  I posted it on FR and found out HughHewitt liked it and plastered it on his homepage.  I was thrilled.

I'll include it below for nostalgia sake.  Look for more in the 2006 and 2008 elections.
